Articulate’s Bonnie Stott takes on the role of Young Linda in Series 2 of The Change

Bonnie Stott, an 8-year-old actress from Bingley, has taken on the role of Young Linda in The Change, a Channel 4 British comedy drama series.
The series follows the lead actress, Linda, played by Bridget Christie, as she goes on a journey of self-discovery after she starts experiencing menopause.
With previous roles in Happy Valley and A Gentleman in Moscow, Bonnie has also just wrapped on a major feature film starring opposite Cillian Murphy.
We asked her about her experience on the set of The Change and the people she interacted with. She said: “I learned how to stunt as I’ve never done it before, and I really liked the stunt coordinator because she taught me how to stunt coordinate. I had jelly pads on my knees, so I didn’t hurt my knees, which made me laugh!”
The series was filmed in Wales, which was an exciting part of the experience for Bonnie: “My favourite thing was the forest with the moss and the green bugs. It was massive, and there was a lot of nature around. When I was doing a stunt on the floor, there was a green and purple beetle crawling up me, and it was in my hair.”
We are incredibly proud of Bonnie’s acting journey, and it’s been great seeing her on our screens as Young Linda.
