Our 2024 Summer School  from 9am – 4pm Monday - Thursday and 9am -7pm on Friday. We are open for childcare / wraparound care from 8am and until 5.30pm. We may be able to offer care util 6pm by special arrangement. The Summer School with childcare is £200 per child for the week including free tickets to the show on the Friday evening. This year we are at Bingley Arts Centre for our Friday evening show, meaning children will enjoy the magic of professional theatre, lighting and sound!

Students are divided into 3 groups (according to age) and we rotate the groups between dance class, drama class and singing class. Students enjoy each discipline twice daily. We have two breaks and an hour at lunch to enjoy the sunshine! On the Friday evening, we put on a show for all of our family and friends, which incorporates dance, drama and singing. Our emphasis is not on producing a west end show, but on improving every individual child's confidence and skills and celebrating a successful week. Every single child has an important role to play in our show, and that’s how we like it!

Our Summer School mission is to provide children with an environment they can thrive in. We believe that fun, enthusiasm, creativity, confidence, teamwork and friendship should be at the centre of any Summer School, and that is certainly our ethos at Articulate. This year will be our 12th year of producing an annual Performing Arts Summer School. The past eleven years have been incredible, and the school has gone from strength to strength, whilst the highly anticipated end of week performances just get better and better!
