Austin’s journey in acting proves that with dedication, anything is possible. Having worked alongside renowned actors like Sheridan Smith, Stephen Graham, and even George Clooney, he’s shown that hard work pays off. Austin began his training at Articulate at a young age, and from the start, his focus was on bringing authenticity and subtlety to his performances. This foundation allowed him to create believable and dynamic characters across various projects.

Whether it’s feature films, short films, TV, or commercials, Austin has consistently demonstrated his ability to adapt to any role and setting. During his time at Articulate, he was exposed to a wide range of scripts, each designed to challenge him and his classmates. These exercises pushed them out of their comfort zones, helping them understand the versatility and naturalism required to succeed in the industry. By practicing different roles, tones, and emotional beats each week, Austin developed a flexibility that made him stand out to casting directors.

Like many successful actors, Austin began with supporting artist roles. With the encouragement of his teachers and a growing confidence in his abilities, he soon landed his first TV role on The A Word (BBC). This opportunity allowed him to put his screen acting lessons into practice and marked the start of his promising career. Over the next few years, Austin honed his craft by focusing on character development, pacing, and emotional depth, landing roles in TV series’ Somewhere Boy (C4), The Responder (BBC), All Creatures great & Small (Channel 5), and Adolescence (Netflix).

Austin has also worked extensively in film and landed a leading role in The Railway Children Return, a performance that showcased his ability to take on demanding roles with depth and skill. His weekly script work and line memorization practices at Articulate played a key role in building his reputation, establishing him as a young actor to watch. Austin’s movie roles didn’t stop there and he built up credits in Jackdaw (2023), The Boys in the Boat (2023), Giant (2025), Good Boy (2025), a new TV Movie by Jimmy McGovern and Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning (2025).
