Fred started off his acting journey in 2022 on the short film Youthless (Idle Factory). The production team loved working with him due to his impeccable attitude on set and invited him back to do some voice-over work for their next project, Blood’s Thicker.

The following year, he went on to film for Sherwood (BBC) as a drug runner, and in 2024, Fred then landed the role of Jamie in the short film Poppy Day opposite BAFTA-nominated Maxine Peake.

Following this, Fred lent his voice to promote the Netflix smash hit TV drama – Adolescence.

Fred’s 2025 started off with a bang as he landed the role of Dylan Penders in Emmerdale (ITV), a deeply complex young man who lives on the streets. After making an unforgettable impression on both viewers and showrunners, ITV Press Office announced his return in Summer 2025. Fred is thoroughly enjoying filming and, in July 2025, was nominated for an Inside Soap Award in the category of Best Young Performer.
