Our exclusive department for Young Performers aged 16 – 25 is designed to propel your career forward from the second you move over ‘licensing age’. We aim to secure Young Performers roles in major TV shows, films, and commercials. With strong relationships with casting directors and production companies, we help our artists land hundreds of exciting roles every year.Â
Our Young Performers have starred in top TV shows like Peaky Blinders, Adolescence, The Crown, Sex Education, Black Doves, Downton Abbey, Unforgotten, The Bay and Time. Our more established clients work on international shoots for major movies and our clients for these include Disney, Netflix, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers.

With the support of our agents, you can expect feedback on self-tapes, casting director workshops and regular agent meetings. Our team is here to help with navigating your first few years as a young adult performer – including help with practicalities such as relocation for jobs and introductions to accountants as well as management & career guidance.
Once established, most of our Young Performers move to our new Adult Department where we maintain our strong working relationships and build long-lasting careers.
